Eagles 2

Eagles 2 is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condominium that sleeps up to 10 people. The Eagles building consists of just 6 homes and is one of the newest on the resort and has recently had some modernizing updates.

It is located in the West Hill Community of Smugglers’ Notch resort and boasts some great amenities:

  • Walk-in/Walk-out from 4 Seasons Porch or Master Bedroom Porch

  • Private Year Around Hot Tub

  • Access to the North Hill Community Center Pools and Exercise Room

  • Each Falcons unit has 3 1/3 owners split into A, B, and C shares.

    • A shares have 5 Winter and 3 Summer ‘fixed’ weeks.

    • B shares have 4 Winter and 4 Summer ‘fixed’ weeks.

    • C shares have 5 Winter and 4 Summer ‘fixed’ weeks.

    • All have 8 ‘float’ weeks in shoulder seasons.

    Rental income opportunities are available when owners are not using their vacation homes to help defray the expenses.

    Maintenance fees for 2026 are approximately $3,000 per quarter. The budget is set and monitored by a HOA board of owners elected by the members. Fees have remained below the level of inflation and Falcons has never had a special assessment.

    We own the A and C shares and are selling them separately or together.

  • Rentals are managed through the Smugglers’ Notch Resort rental program. As owners, we can refer you to stay in our condominium and offer discounts off or the standard rental rates. Just fill out the contact form with your information and and a rental agent from Smuggs will contact you with lodging rates and available summer or winter activities.

Smugglers’ Notch Resort is the rental agent for Eagles 2. We are just trying to do some additional promotion to help defray some of our costs. When we receive your information we will pass it on to their reservations team. As a result, you will be offered a discount of 20%!
